You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

Wrong Item Received – You received a different model than the one you ordered.
Incorrect Color – The bag you received is a different color from your original order.
Damaged Item – Your bag arrived with manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping.

Refund Process

  • A brief description of the problem

Approval & Return Instructions – If your refund request meets our policy, we will provide return instructions. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging.

Return & Inspection – Once we receive the returned bag, our team will inspect it to confirm the issue.

Refund Issued – If approved, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind – We do not accept refunds for personal preference changes.
Used or Altered Items – The bag must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
Late Requests – Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
